Easton Events is an award-winning wedding and social events planning company opened in 1998 dedicated to crafting refined, unique and truly memorable moments. With offices in Charleston, SC and Charlottesville, VA, Easton infuses each event with style, originality and pure elegance.

Led by renowned event planner, Lynn Easton, Easton Events has received national acclaim from the top industry publications, including Vogue, Martha Stewart Weddings, Town & Country Weddings, Southern Living, The Knot, The Knot Live, and Weddings Unveiled, among others. Our philosophy has always been to give our clients truly honest, thoughtful direction as they journey through some of life's most memorable moments. From the day you engage us, we are committed to utilizing our collective knowledge and experience to craft an original design concept and seamless guest experience.

Our approach is influenced and inspired by international art and architecture, as well as fashion, and event design. We live in a world of paint samples, schedules, fabric swatches, storyboards, menus, seating diagrams and budgets - a constant, delicate balance of details and passion that makes us singularly suited to creating exceptional events.

Our Process

Because each client brings their unique personality, vision, and aesthetics to the table, our approach to event planning is both evolutionary and collaborative. Through us you will be introduced to an incredible array of vendors. We work with the best in the business in floral design, photography, entertainment and catering. With plan in place we will flawlessly orchestrate the creative and logistical efforts to design a personal, bespoke event.

To continually create unparalleled events we are driven to consistently streamline and elevate our process. To that end, we developed Easton Management Systems™, a proprietary custom-built and comprehensive set of event management tools with interactive communications and tailored applications. This system is fully integrated with shared files for client updates, timetables, vendor communication and task lists. All of this happens in your own dedicated "workspace" on the web.
